1. Purchase Terms

All purchases of max1mus audio plugins grant a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. License details, including the number of permitted machine activations, are specified at the time of purchase.

2. Licensing

Each license is tied to your max1mus audio account. You may activate the software on the number of machines specified by your license tier. Licenses may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another user without written permission.

3. Free Trial

Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes only. Trial versions are fully functional for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the trial, a purchase is required to continue using the software.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the software.

5. EU/UK Consumer Rights

By purchasing and downloading digital content, you acknowledge that you are waiving the 14-day withdrawal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, as the supply of digital content has begun with your consent. Please ensure you use our free, fully functional 14-day trial to check compatibility and suitability of our plugins before purchasing.

6. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After purchase, download links will be available in your account dashboard. max1mus audio is not responsible for download issues caused by your internet connection or local system configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

max1mus audio software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. max1mus audio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Changes to These Terms

max1mus audio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
